Conducts all duties related to human resources as assigned by the Administrator, including but not limited to:
recruiting, hiring, orientating, onboarding, training, scheduling, and counseling employees Ensures that all legal and regulatory employment standards are met and appropriate documentation is completed in a timely and efficient manner Prioritizes duties to promote optimal staffing levels, comprised of the highest quality team members Qualifications / Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in human resources or work-related experience preferred Must possess outstanding organization and time management skills Must have excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language Proficient computer skills required Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable Additional Information Shift:
