Service Advisor

Opening now available at our Mt Vernon location for a Service Advisor.
Duties:
Supports the service department by scheduling service jobs working closely with customers to ensure total customer satisfaction, optimizing service department processes and procedures to help grow profitable service labor sales, manage controllable expenses, and effectively engage department personnel.
Requirements:
Previous service experience needed.
Proven leadership and communication skills are necessary.
Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
