45 Hour scheduled work-week.

Job Requirements

Years of prior Retail or Management experience helpful, but not required for the right person.
Proven track record in growing and developing customer relationships.
A demonstrated passion to learn and grow professionally.
Self-motivated, excellent time management and organizational skills.
A proven ability for growth professionally, and demonstrated earnings growth.
A stable employment record; seeking a long term sales career.
No prior automotive sales experience is necessary. We will train you to assist customers the Lynch way. Excellent customer service skills are paramount.
